      NON-PROFIT REFERRING PARTNER [NPRP]

MARKETING PARTNER [MP]

• Initial Setup Fee = $100.00
• Monthly Website Maintenance Fee = $14.95 per month
• [Monthly Website Maintenance Fee = $150.00 per yr, if paid annually at signup]
• Commissions: A Marketing Partner shall receive an amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the net collected commissions paid to FFON with the exception of lead fees paid by lenders. Any qualified mortgage leads will be paid at a rate of $350.00 per qualified lead.

       SENIOR MARKETING PARTNER [SMP]

• Initial Setup Fee = $200.00 [one time only]
• Monthly Website Maintenance Fee = $24.95 per month
• [Monthly Website Maintenance Fee = $250.00 per yr, if paid annually at signup]
• Commissions: A Senior Marketing Partner shall receive an amount equivalent to seventy five percent (75%) of the net collected commissions paid to FFON with the exception of qualified mortgage lead fees paid by lenders on personal production. Any qualified mortgage leads will be paid at a rate of $375.00 per qualified lead. All commissions owed for a calendar month shall be paid to the Senior Marketing Partner on or before the 10^th day of the following month.
• The SMP will receive an override of forty percent (40%) of the net collected commissions paid to FFON on any NPRP recruited as a member of their organization.
• The SMP will receive an override of $50.00 on qualified mortgage leads produced by any NPRP recruited as a member of their organization.
• The SMP will receive an override of twenty five percent (25%) of the net collected commissions (other than qualified mortgage leads) paid to FFON on any MP recruited as a member of their organization.
• The SMP will receive an override of $50.00 on qualified mortgage leads produced by any MP recruited as a member of their organization. 
• The SMP will receive an override equal to $4.95 per month, of the monthly website maintenance fee paid by any MP recruited as a member of their organization.
• The SMP will receive an override of $50.00 on the “initial setup fee” paid by any MP recruited as a member of their organization.
•  The SMP will receive an override of five percent (5%) of the net collected commissions (other than qualified mortgage leads) paid to FFON on any SMP recruited as a member of their organization.
• The SMP will receive an override of $25.00 on qualified mortgage leads produced by any SMP recruited as a member of their organization.
• The SMP will receive an override equal to $4.95 per month, of the monthly website maintenance fee paid by any SMP recruited as a member of their organization.
• The SMP will receive an override of $50.00 on the “initial setup fee” paid by any SMP recruited as a member of their organization.
• The SMP will participate in FFON’s Profit Sharing Program (after six {6} consecutive months).
